Food52 publishes a weekly post called "A List of Things We Like this Week," #happylist. I always enjoy reading them (because: LISTS <3), and this morning at work I was inspired to make my own list of things that brought me joy this past week (Mon-Sun). The exercise took me less than 5 minutes and did actually make me feel quite happy.
I'm thinking I should make this a new Monday morning habit. What's on your happy list?
