Welcome back to my cooking diary, where I’m logging all of my weeknight dinners in 2024. Recipes with a star are repeat favorites ⭐️
1. ⭐️ Taco salad — no recipe, just a nostalgic childhood meal
2. The Modern Proper’s creamy chicken tortellini soup — saw it on Instagram in the morning, made it for dinner that night. I had other plans for a package of ravioli but used them here along with part of a package of tortellini from the freezer.
3. ⭐️ Mahi mahi tacos — we also had cabbage salad with this but ate it before the photo 🙃
